Terms ofservice.
1. General
These terms apply whenever you buy a service from Bino Brand Growth, a UK-based marketing business ("we", "us"). By booking or paying for a service, you agree to them. You can contact us about anything here by WhatsApp on +44 7735 568387.
- Prices are in pounds sterling. We'll always confirm the price, what's included and how you'll pay in writing (WhatsApp or email counts) before any work starts.
- Where a price says "starting at" or "from", the final figure depends on the scope, and you'll see it before you commit.
- Notices — like cancelling or asking for a refund — can be sent by WhatsApp.
2. Lead audit (£50)
- The lead audit costs £50, paid when you book. Your call time is arranged with you directly once payment is made.
- Cancel or rearrange at least 24 hours before your call and you get a full refund, or we can move it to another time.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or don't turn up, the £50 isn't refundable.
- If we have to cancel, you choose: a new time or a full refund.
- The £50 is a fee for the audit itself. It isn't taken off the price of any other service.
3. Ad campaigns
- Every campaign has a £200 one-off setup fee, paid before we start building. Once the build has started, it isn't refundable.
- The monthly management fee depends on campaign size — Small £500, Medium £1,000, Large £1,500 — and is paid monthly in advance.
- Your ad spend is separate. It's paid by you directly to Meta, Google or TikTok, on your own accounts, and never passes through us. We're not responsible for charges the platforms make.
- Campaigns run month to month. You can stop at any time with 30 days' notice.
- Ad accounts, pixels and tracking are set up in your name and stay yours if we stop working together.
- You're responsible for making sure what you sell, and any claims or offers you ask us to advertise, are accurate and lawful. Every ad also has to meet each platform's own advertising rules.
4. AI agents
- Each agent or bundle has a one-off setup fee, which covers building, connecting and testing it around your business. It's paid before the build starts and isn't refundable once work has begun. Campaign clients pay half-price setup.
- The monthly fee is paid monthly in advance.
- There's a 3-month minimum term. After that, the service runs month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
- Fair use: the monthly fee covers messages, numbers and AI usage up to 1,000 outbound messages per agent a month, and 300 call minutes a month for the AI receptionist. Beyond that, extra messages are charged at cost and extra call minutes at 25p each. We'll always tell you before anything goes over the allowance.
- Agents work from the information you give us — your prices, services, hours and policies. Please keep us updated when anything changes. Quotes the agents draft are sent to you to approve before a customer sees them.
- You're responsible for having a lawful reason to message the contacts you give us (for example, past customers), and for your own privacy notice telling customers you use automated messaging. We'll help you get this right during setup.
- Your calendar, numbers and customer data stay yours. When the service ends, we'll switch the agents off and return or delete your data, whichever you ask.
5. Websites and hosting
- Each website package has a starting price. The final price is quoted on scope and confirmed with you before work starts.
- Delivery times — Contact page 1–2 days, Standard site 2–4 days, Premium site 4–7 days — start once we have everything we need from you, such as photos, text and logins.
- Any edits you ask for within the delivery time are free. After that, Contact page edits stay free, Standard site edits are £0–£49 and Premium site edits £0–£99, depending on the size of the change. We'll tell you the price before making a paid edit.
- The 30% website discount applies while you're running ad campaigns with us.
- Hosting is £20 a month, paid in advance in blocks of 3 months (£60), or a longer block if you prefer. Hosting already paid for isn't refundable part-way through a block. If a block isn't renewed, the site may go offline at the end of it — and we'll hand over the site files whenever you ask.
- Once a website is paid for in full, the design and content we create for it are yours to use.
6. Social media plans
- A plan costs £100 for the first platform and £50 for each additional platform, paid up front.
- We deliver it within 3–5 days of payment, once we have the details we need from you.
- The plan is for you or your business to use. Please don't resell or share it as your own product.
- We don't post or manage your accounts for you, and we can't guarantee follower numbers — results depend on following the plan and on each platform.
7. If you're buying as an individual
If you buy as a private individual rather than for a business, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of agreeing to buy. If you ask us to start within those 14 days, you'll pay for any work already done, and once a service — such as a social media plan — has been fully delivered, the right to cancel ends. None of this affects your other legal rights as a consumer.
8. Results and liability
- We'll always carry out our services with reasonable care and skill. Any results we mention — such as past return on ad spend — show what we've achieved before, and aren't a promise of what you'll get. Marketing results depend on things outside our control, like your market, prices, competition and the ad platforms.
- We aren't responsible for problems caused by third-party platforms — for example Meta, Google, TikTok, WhatsApp or your hosting or calendar provider — including outages, policy changes or account restrictions.
- For business customers, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before it arose, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
- We can pause a service if an invoice is more than 14 days overdue, after letting you know.
9. Privacy, changes and law
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice. We may update these terms from time to time — the version that applies is the one in place when you booked, unless we agree otherwise. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
